1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taprun (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Taprun is a platform on which AI agents help you start and run a business. At your direction, agents research markets, build and host websites, generate content and media (images, videos, and copy), and assist with marketing and related work.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (brand assets, reference images, prompts, business information).

Generated content: Content generated by our AI agents (websites, text, images, videos) is licensed to you for commercial and personal use. You may use generated content in your business, marketing, and creative projects without restriction.

Our rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse usage balances

6. Billing

The Service is offered as a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. Some features, such as media generation, draw on a usage balance that is consumed as work runs. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taprun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
